Two From Odisha Arrested For Killing Octogenarian Couple In Mumbai

Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: Two persons from Odisha have been arrested for allegedly killing an octogenarian couple in Mumbai.
They were identified as Parvati Khaka and her boyfriend Singhasan Mukut Hakka, both natives of Sundargarh district.
According available information, Parvati was working as a domestic help at the house of the Sindhi couple, identified as Nanak Makhijani and his wife Daya at posh Bandra (W).
She along with her boyfriend Singhasan hatched a plan to commit a robbery in the couple’s house on Thursday.
The duo went to their house and murdered the couple and looted gold ornaments worth Rs 10 lakh from their house.
The stolen items were recovered by the cops following their arrest.
