Malkangiri: Border Security Force (BSF) personnel arrested two Maoists of Malkangiri district, from Annavaram of Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh on Monday.
The arrested Maoists have been identified as Bantala Bonjibabu and Kora Sudru.
They belong to Ralegarh village in Malkangiri district.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of BSF conducted a raid and arrested the Maoists.
During interrogation, they confessed that they are members of the Andhra-Odisha border zonal committee.
The police also seized two country-made guns from their possession.
They will be forwarded to the court, said sources.
