Bhubaneswar: Two IAS officers of Odisha cadre have been promoted to super-time scale.
According to the General Administration Department, 2006-batch IAS officer Roopa Roshan Sahoo and Premananda Khutia of the same batch have been promoted with effect from January 1, 2022.
Officers are generally promoted to this scale after completing 15 years in service. This level is also known as Commissioner at which officers can be posted as RDCs and also typically as Secretaries to departments at the state-level or Joint Secretary at Government of India.
