Bargarh: Two members of a marriage party were killed and 11 others sustained injuries after the auto-rickshaw, they were travelling in, fell off a bridge at Serandapali in Bijepur block of Odisha’s Bargarh on Thursday.
As per sources, 13 persons of a groom’s side from Luhunia village were going to Bijepur when the auto-rickshaw driver lost his balance and the vehicle fell off the bridge.
While two persons died on the spot, 11 injured were shifted to VIMSAR at Burla.
Overloading of the three-wheeler is being suspected to be the reason.
