Khurda: Excise Department officials conducted raid and arrested two drug peddlers at Baseli Sahi in Khurda on Saturday.
The officials seized 240 gram brown sugar worth Rs 20 lakh.
Based on specific inputs, the Excise sleuths conducted surprise raids in the Baseli Sahi area and arrested the peddlers. A case has been registered against the accused duo.
Further investigation into the smuggling racket is on.
