New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry confirmed the detection of two more positive cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Delhi and Telangana.
“The person from Delhi has a travel history from Italy, while the one from Telangana has a travel history from Dubai,” a ministry statement said.
Both the patients are reportedly stable and are being monitored closely, it added.
The three patients, who had earlier tested positive in Kerala, have been discharged.
A special Air India flight on February 27 carried 119 Indians from the coronavirus-hit cruise ship, Diamond Princess, off Yokohama port in Japan.
The virus is spreading across the world. The number of injected stands at over 88,000 now. The death toll has crossed 3,000.
