Jajpur: Two unidentified youths were found dead on the railway tracks in Odisha’s Jajpur district on Sunday.
According to sources, some local people spotted the bodies near Ahmednagar railway station in the district and informed the government railway police (GRP).
The GRP personnel went to the spot and recovered the bodies. During preliminary inquiry among the locals, the identity of the deceased could not be ascertained, the sources said.
The GRP has sent the bodies and started investigation to ascertain the identity of the two youths.
Though the exact cause of death could not be known, it was suspected the two youths might have been run over by a speeding train on Saturday night.
