Two VSSUT Students Drown In Odisha’s Deojharan Waterfall

Deogarh: Two students of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, reportedly drowned while taking bath in Deojharan waterfall, about 30 km from Sambalpur, on Saturday.

They have been identified as Soumya Ranjan Beuria and Abhijit Samal, 3rd-year students of the Computer Science Department.

According to sources, the incident took place while 40 students of the department were at Debjharan for a picnic. The bodies of two students were later fished out of the water.
