Paradip: Two wagons of a goods train derailed near Bauriapalanda at Paradip in Odisha’s Jagatsinghpur district on Monday.
The East Coast Railway informed that there was no damage due to derailment of the train.
According to sources, the incident took place at 11 am when the train was heading towards the cargo loading site. One of the coaches of the train derailed following which another coach overturned.
Paradip Port staff and Railway personnel were pressed into service for repairing the track and restoring normalcy, sources added.
