Bhubaneswar: Two youths have been detained by the Commissionerate Police for riding a motorcycle on the foot overbridge near Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.
While one of the youths was riding the motorcycle, the other was riding pillion. They also took selfies on the foot overbridge.
The youths were booked under the MV Act following a complaint lodged by the Sports Department.
