Bhubaneswar: A delegation of International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), during its six-day tour in India from November 26 to evaluate the progress and preparations for the U-17 Women’s World Cup India 2020, will visit the Kalinga Stadium here on November 29.
The delegation led by the Project Lead of U-17 Women’s World Cup, Oliver Vogt is scheduled to arrive in the Odisha capital in the morning to inspect the infrastructure facilities for the mega event. This will be followed by a press briefing at the stadium at 12.30 pm.
Those who will be present at the press meet are Oliver Vogt, Tournament Director LOC (Local Organising Committee) Roma Khanna, Sports & Youth Services Minister Tusharkanti Behera, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Sports & Tourism, Vishal Kumar Dev and Director-cum-Additional Secretary, Sports & Youth Services, R Vineel Krishna.
