Bhubaneswar: The Aditya Birla Group company Utkal Alumina International Ltd (UAIL) has bagged another award for its outstanding contribution to promoting the state’s art and culture not only in the vicinity of its plant premises in Rayagada, but also throughout the state.
The AVP of Utkal Alumina, Mr Rakesh Mishra, received the coveted award from film director Ashok Pati at the First Odia Heart Corporate Professionals Award ceremony at Jayadev Bhaban in the city. The event was organised by Konark Entertainment. Among others, the deputy secretary (SC & ST Development) of government of Odisha, Pranati Patra, and head of Konark Entertainment, Rasmi Ranjan, graced the occasion.
At the event, actor Sabyasachi is to be felicitated as Best Hero, actress Sibani as Best Heroine, Prem Anand as Best Music Director, Bobby Mishra as Best Actor in a Negative Role and Ashok Pati as Best Film Director. The event was made colourful with beautiful songs by veterans of the industry.
