Union Minister Praises Development Work In Puri

Puri: Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday praised the Odisha government for its development work in Puri.

“The development work undertaken by the state government to make Puri a world class heritage city is praiseworthy. The Centre will also continue its efforts for further development of Puri,” he said after a darshan of Lord Jagannath.

Referring to the Ratna Bhandar of the Shree Jagannath temple, Dharmendra said “As an ardent devotee of Lord Jagannath, I want that the Ratna Bhandar should be opened. But it all depends on the local administration. There should not be any disagreement over the opening of the Ratna Bhandar.”
