New Delhi: In what is clearly the worst phase for automobile companies, two-wheeler makers are coming up with interesting ideas to sell their products.
Electric vehicle maker Hero Electric launched a first-of-its kind 3-day return offer for all of its products except the Flash lead-acid low-speed model. The scheme is exclusively for its online customers.
The company will refund the entire cost of the vehicle paid if a customer returns the product within 3 days of purchasing.
The online offers have attracted a good response. The electric maker is providing instant cash discounts of ₹3000-4000, depending on online bookings. It is also providing referral vouchers worth ₹ 1,000.
The company is currently delivering the vehicles in green and orange zones, having reopened just over 150 showrooms across the country.
Like other vehicle makers, Hero Electric is streamlining its business according to coronavirus norms, like sanitizing showrooms and vehicles regularly.
