Bhubaneswar: All public parks within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) area will be opened on all days (except the weekday shutdown on Saturdays and Sundays of June) from 5 am to 10 am in the morning and 4 pm to 6 pm in the evening.
The BMC notification further said that the morning slot from 5 am to 7 am will be exclusively for the denizens aged 60 years and above. During this time. people of other age group will not allowed into these parks.

Similarly, elderly citizens will not be allowed inside the parks beyond their allotted slot time. This order will come into effect immediately, it added.
On March 21, the BMC had ordered closure of all parks under its jurisdiction to avoid mass gatherings amid to COVID-19 outbreak.
