Urgent Cases In Orissa High Court To Come Before Acting Chief Justice During Winter Holidays

Cuttack: Urgent cases in the Orissa High Court will be moved before before the Acting Chief Justice B R Sarangi during the ensuing winter holidays.

“As directed, it is hereby informed that urgent case(s), if any, may be moved before the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice during the ensuing Winter Holidays, 2023,” a notice issued by the Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court said.

Urgent application which cannot await reopening of the Court will be filed in the Filing Counter between 11 am and 12 noon during the working days of the Winter Holidays from December 26 to 30, it added.
