Bhubaneswar: Utkal University (Vani Vihar), Bhubaneswar has invited applications from eligible candidates for the entrance examination for admission to M.Phil/PhD programmes for the 2021-22 session in different departments and nodal centres of the varsity.
The registration will begin from October 18 on the varsity’s official website www.utkaluniversity.ac.in. The last date to apply is October 30. The date of viva voce will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates on the university website only.
“Candidates have been advised to keep opening the University website after the entrance exam. The eligibility and exemptions are as per UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2016, subsequent amendments from time to time. The reservation for different categories shall be allowed as per Government of Odisha Rule,” reads the notification.
For eligibility, fee for the entrance exam, number of seats available (discipline wise) and other guidelines, eligible candidates can visit the varsity’s website www.utkaluniversity.ac.in.
