Varsha Priyadarshini Gets Stay On Vacating Estranged Husband House In Cuttack

Cuttack: In a jolt to politician-turned-actor Anubhav Mohanty, the District and Sessions Judge court here on Tuesday issued an interim stay on the SDJM court’s order, directing Varsha Priyadarshini to vacate the paternal house of her estranged husband at Nandi Sahi in Cuttack. The next hearing is on July 4.

Directing Anubhav to pay Rs 30k compensation for her accommodation, the SDJM court on June 2 had said that Varsha would have to leave the house within 2 months of receiving the first two financial assistance.

This stay can be seen as a small win for Varsha, who is fighting for the restitution of conjugal rights alongside a domestic violence case against Anubhav.

The Kendrapada MP, however, is seeking a divorce from her and has time again said that there is no room for reconciliation between them.
