Veteran Odia Film Actor Shanti Swarup Mishra Passes Away In Sambalpur

Sambalpur: Veteran Odia film actor Shanti Swarup Mishra passed away at a private hospital here on Sunday evening.

Mishra was admitted to the hospital a few days back when he sustained head injuries after a mishap at his house in the city. While undergoing treatment, he succumbed to the injuries.

Among Mishra’s prominent films are ‘Mana Akasha’ released in 1974 and ‘Krushna Sudama’ of 1976.

Odisha Cine Artiste Association has offered condolences to the bereaved family of the deceased actor.
