Bhubaneswar: The Vigilance sleuths on Tuesday raided the property of of Asit Kumar Nayak, a senior clerk at the office of RB Division-I, Bhubaneswar, on the allegation of possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Bhubaneswar Division Vigilance searched his residential triple-storey building at Dumduma, a duplex at Jatni, house at native place Kaithapalli, Golanthara in Ganjam district a flat at Berhampur and office room at RB Division, Bhubaneswar.
The searches were conducted on warrant issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
The officials had recovered cash Rs 10,62,605 till the report was last filed.
