Bargarh: Vigilance sleuths on Friday conducted simultaneous raids at four places in connection with a disproportionate assets charge against a former agriculture overseer at Chakuli Farm in Bargarh district.
The accused was identified as Fakir Karna.
Following a tip-off, Vigilance teams raided Karna’s residential quarter on Chakuli Farm premises, his rented home in a building at Sailashree Vihar in Bhubaneswar, a nursing training centre at Sankara in Sundargarh town and a house at Bhutatikira village.
The exact amount of disproportionate assets possessed by the accused is yet to be ascertained.
