Cuttack: Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday launched simultaneous raids on properties linked to Pravat Kumar Rout, Assistant Engineer, Dampada block in Cuttack, in a Disproportionate Assets (DA) case.
Raids are being conducted at the following places:
* Residential triple-storeyed building on Plot no. 749/2690, Kunheipada, Barang, Cuttack.
* House at his native village at Taneipada, Rajkanika, Kendrapara.
* Office room at Block Office, Dampada, Cuttack.
* Residential house of his brother at Housing Board Colony, Choudwar, Cuttack.
Assets Detected
* A triple-storey building worth Rs 1.25 crore.
* 4 plots, including 3 in prime areas of Bhubaneswar & Cuttack and one at Rajkanika, Kendrapada. The measurement and valuation/assessment of the plots is being carried out by Vigilance Technical Wing.
* Bank & insurance deposits of about Rs 45 lakh.
* 300 gm gold and 378 gm silver jewellery
* A four-wheeler ( i-20 Asta Car) worth Rs.11,17,900
* 2 two-wheelers.
