Berhampur: Vigilance sleuths conducted raids on the properties of a deputy executive engineer on allegation of acquisition and possession of disproportionate assets on Thursday.
The Vigilance officers of Berhampur division conducted simultaneous raids on the assets belonging to Udhab Padhy, Deputy Executive Engineer, Roads and Building Sub-Division, Gunupur under Rayagada R & B Division No II.
According to Vigilance sources, the search was carried on Padhy’s 3-storey residential building in Kamapalli in the city, business unit at Dharakote, government quarters at Gunupur and one flat in Puri.
