Villager electrocuted, locals block road in Kalahandi

Dharmagarh: Traffic on Sinapali-Tumara road in Kalahandi district was disrupted as locals staged a blockade following the death of a farmer after an 11 KV wire snapped and fell on him.
The deceased was identified as Kado Teji of Tumara village under Golamunda police limits in the district. He was elctrocuted while working on his farmland.
Irate locals blocked the road near Tumura in Golamunda with his body, demanding compensation to the bereaved family.
