Bhubaneswar: Odisha Sports and Tourism Secretary Vishal Kumar Dev has been designated as officer on special duty (OSD) to the Chief Secretary.
According to a notification issued by General Administration and Public Grievance Department, he has been conferred with the powers to issue various orders to operationalize the decisions taken in connection with handling COVID-19 crisis.
Similarly, Works Secretary Dr Krishan Kumar has been made in-charge of COVID-19 Digital Response System for operation of 104 call centre and the portal created for mandatory registration of persons returning from abroad.
