Yes, that’s the personnel a startup is looking for.
Bengaluru-based company StockGro recently posted a message on LinkedIn, offering a monthly salary of Rs 1 lakh to the suitable candidate.
And what is the job description?
“The Chief Meme Officer will be responsible for creating material that not only makes us chuckle but also stays loyal to our brand’s tone and message… It’s difficult to find a balance between being humorous and on-brand, but we’re certain you’re up for it, finance,” the company stated.
Applicants for the remote-working position must be able to turn finance and stock market into a ‘laughing stock’ by creating relevant memes for Generation Z and millennials, reported Timesnownews.com.
He or she should have a strong awareness of the financial industry and be able to connect links between money and amusing trends.
The candidate should have a good sense of humour, be a creative writer and be obsessed with memes.
Last but not the least, the candidate should have the ability to work efficiently in a team and have strong communication abilities.
The company encouraged LinkedIn users to suggest meme-loving friends for this position. If anyone of their reference gets hired, he or she will receive an iPad.
