Malkangiri: A most wanted cadre Maoist surrendered before the Superintendent of Police in Odisha’s Malkangiri district on Saturday.
The surrendered cadre Maoist Digambar Poddar was a member of the Kudumulgumma Division of the CPI-Maoist and carrying a cash reward of Rs 1 lakh on his head.
Poddar he decided to join the mainstream of the society as was fed up with the top cadres for deviating from the Maoist ideology.
