Bhubaneswar: A day after a video of two Plus II students being brutally thrashed in Gandhi Science College here created a furore, Khandagiri police on Tuesday arrested the hostel warden, Biswaranjan Rana, for his alleged involvement in the incident.
The college authorities had suspended the warden and lodged a police complaint against him.
The incident took place on August 11 and the act caught on camera went viral on August 17.
Rana had allegedly hit the students for repeatedly scoring badly in the exam.
