The Nandankanan Zoological Park shared a video of the white baby monkey on its official Twitter handle.
The baby monkey is said to be a stump-tailed macaque. Born white, they darken or turn brown with age. The baby monkey was born a month ago.
Bear macaques or stump-tailed macaques have thick, long, dark brown fur. Their faces and short tails are hairless. These monkeys are found in the northeast parts of the country.
