Mumbai: After assisting the needy during the lockdown period, ‘Pad Man’ Akshay Kumar is now creating awareness about post lockdown responsibilities with his new ad.
In the ad, Akshay Kumar is seen as a villager, who is heading to his field to work. On his way, the Sarpanch stops him and asks him why he is going to work immediately after the lockdown.
To this, Akshay says that work is important, but at the same time, safety measures should be followed while working.
He then explains how one can keep the virus at bay by wearing a mask, sanitising hands and practising social distancing while working.
Earlier in an interview, R Balki, who helmed the ad film, stated that the advertisement was being shot for the Health Ministry.
He also said that the ad was shot while adhering to social distancing norms, sanitising outdoor sets, disinfecting screens, and using masks.
