Bhubaneswar: MP and superstar Anubhav Mohanty, who has sought divorce from his actress-wife Varsha Priyadarshini, has shared another video for fans, well-wishers and supporters, thanking them for standing by him.
In the 30-minute video shared on his YouTube channel, the actor says that worried fans have been asking him how he is living these days, about his daily life, which prompted him to shoot the video, which shows the room where he lives these days in Cuttack.
His parents live in the adjacent room, where Anubhav says he used to sleep on the floor earlier. “Father was upset that I was sleeping on the floor. I shifted to this room after that, moving from the floor to a bed. This is where I stay,” he tells his fans and supporters, as he shows his bed.
He asks his well-wishers not to be worried as he was living with his parents.
The actor then goes on to show the room to his fans. There is a bedside table. As he is diabetic, there are juices, glucose and ORS packets on the table. There are two water bottles, not fancy ones but old mineral water bottles which seemed to have been refilled.
There are some books like Khaki Files, Chanakya Niti and Amazing Secrets of Hinduism. Anubhav says he loves to read.
The room is decorated with stickers, posters and other items that Anubhav says has been done by his niece Chikuli, who the actor is extremely fond of.
The actor then shows his wardrobe, which doesn’t look anything close to a superstar’s wardrobe — a few shirts, jeans and gym wear hanging from hooks mounted on the wall. Anubhav says he is most comfortable in a T-shirt, shorts and chappal.
One wall of his room is full of photographs of Chikuli and other family members.
At the end of the video, an emotional Anubhav says that “he was living a dead man’s life and that he did not fear death anymore.”
“But yes, like every other human being, if anyone asks me about my last wish, I will just say that I always wanted to live and I wish this wish is fulfilled. That there will be sunrise again,” the actor says, while thanking his parents, family, fans and well-wishers.
