[Watch] Anushka Sets Own Rules To Beat Virat Kohli In Cricket; Netizens Love Their Chemistry

Mumbai: Anushka Sharma showed she can beat Virat Kohli in cricket when he sets the rules for the ‘match’.

In a hilarious promo shared on social media by the celebrity couple and Puma India, Anushka challenges Virat and says she can beat him.

“But we will play by my rules,” the actress says before specifying the ‘rules’ from her list.

“Rule 1: If you miss the ball thrice, you are out.”

“Rule 2: If you are struck thrice on the body, you are out.

As Virat sports a disgusted look, Anushka is quick to pounce: “If you make this expression, you are out.”

“Rule 4: If you hit the ball hard, you are out.”

Virat stops his wife. “Don’t teach me rules, Let’s play,” he says and prepares to bat.

But Anushka’s Rule 5 dictates that it’s her bat, so she will take first strike!

“What kind of rule is this?” asks the former Team India captain.

Anushka takes stance in front of a makeshift wicket, and is bowled by Virat’s first delivery.

She then comes up with another classic: Sixth rule – first ball is a trial ball.”

As Anushka is dismissed by Virat’s next delivery again, the husband celebrates and claims his turn to bat.

“Ya I’m anyway a bowler,” says Anushka, who has essayed the character of India’s most successful women fast bowler Jhulan Goswami in the yet-to-be-released film ‘Chakda ’Express’.

Virat sends the first ball delivered by the ‘Band Baajaa Baaraat’ star to the roof of nearby building.

Out comes Anishka’s 7th rule: “Whoever hits the ball will fetch it too.”

Virat has to climb and retrieve the ball to bat again.

But before he can settle down at ‘crease’, Anushka delivers the ball and hits the stumps, claiming Virat’s dismissal.

An angry Virat refuses to play and walks away.

“Eighth Rule: If you get angry, you are out,” quips Anushka.

The duo’s fans loved the video.
