Mumbai: Virat Kohli’s cricketing form may be showing no signs of going north, but there is no doubt about his super chemistry with wife Anushka Sharma.
Nicknamed ‘Virushka’ by social media users, the two are among the most loved and followed celebrity couples in India. They share pictures and other posts regularly on social media, which go viral in next to no time.
On Saturday, they were snapped by the paparazzi enjoying a scooty ride on the roads of Mumbai.
Having wrapped up the shoot of a project, Virat and Anushka got hold of a scooty and roamed around Madh Island.
With their faces covered by helmets, passers-by couldn’t recognize the power couple, enabling them to have a peaceful ride.
Bollywood photographer Varinder Chawla was among those to be present at the right place at the right time, and recorded their ride.
“@virat.kohli along with wifey @anushkasharma clicked exclusively as the roam around the streets of Madh Island on scooty.. #Virushka just got the weekend right,” Chawla wrote on Instagram along with the video.
Watch the video posted by Chawla, which went viral in next to no time:
Anushka and Virat posed for the couple after finishing their shoot. While Anushka was in an all-black outfit, holding a white umbrella, Virat wore a green shirt and black trousers.
Virat is taking a break from cricket and will be back in action with the Asia Cup, which begins in the UAE on August 27.
Anushka is in the process of completing her next film ‘Chakda Xpress’, based on the journey of Indian women cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
