[Watch] Chief Secy Suresh Mahapatra Lays Stone Of NCCBM’s Research & Laboratory Building In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra on Sunday laid the foundation stone of the Research and Laboratory building of National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCCBM) in Bhubaneswar.

“The state government has provided an acre of land for the building and the research lab will be completed in one and a half years. This research will help use of waste generated by industries for manufacturing cement,” he said.

It will help contain pollution in the state, he said.

The quality of the ongoing construction works, including roads and bridges, can be tested here, added the chief secretary, who also planted saplings on this occasion.
