Bhubaneswar: In a mysterious development of the possible impact of cyclone ‘Asani’ on the coast of Andhra Pradesh, a golden coloured chariot-like structure was washed ashore on Tuesday.
While the sea had turned turbulent due to the cyclone, the people on the coast at Sunnapalli harbour in Srikakulam district saw the structure floating in the water.
The video released by ANI shows people dragging the structures out of the water and bringing it to the shore.
Though it has not been confirmed how the chariot came floating despite the severe cyclonic storm in Bay of Bengal nor its sources, police said they had been informed about the incident.
“It might have come from another country. We have informed Intelligence and higher officials,” NDTV quoted sub-inspector of Naupada in Srikakulam district as saying.
