Bhubaneswar: The landfall process of the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm Yaas began at 9 am between north of Dhamra and south of Balasore around Bahanaga coast and it will continue for two more hours.
The current speed of the cyclone is 130-140 kmph gusting up to 155 kmph.
At 10 30 am, the wind along north Odisha coast was observed to be 80-90 kmph gusting to 100 kmph. Near the West Bengal border, it was 70-80 kmph gusting up to 90 kmph.
