Jammu: Three Army personnel and one police officer were injured in exchange of fire with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday, ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘BJP Sankalp Maha Rally’ at poll-bound Jammu on the same day.
All the injured personnel were rushed to the hospital. The encounter is still underway with two terrorists believed to be trapped, according to the reports.
Acting on a tip-off, the security forces had launched an operation in Adigam village in the district. They searched for terrorists during a house-to-house raid.
