New Delhi: A man from Maharashtra, his six-year-old son and nine-year-old daughter were swept away by waves at a beach in Oman on Wednesday.
The bodies of Shashikant Mhamane (42) and his son Shreyas (6) have been recovered. His daughter Shruti (9) remains missing.
Mhamane, his wife and their children lived in Dubai. He worked as a sales manager in a Dubai-based firm. The family was on a day-long trip to Oman.
Shruti and Shreyas were at first swept away by a strong wave. Mhamane was swept away while trying to save them.
