Bengaluru: A king Cobra entered the BJP camp office premises in Karnataka’s Shiggaon.
The snake was spotted when Karnataka CM Basavraj Bommai reached the office.
A video is being circulated online, showing the cobra being rescued with a stick by police personnel, and taken out of the building premises.
The office premise was secured and the CM went in after the snake was taken away.

Shiggaon is Bommai’s constituency, where the Karnataka chief minister is leading by well over 50,000 votes.
However, the ruling party is trailing the Congress as votes are being counted for the 224-member Karnataka Assembly.
As of Saturday noon, Congress is leading in 125 seats and BJP in 67.
