Puri: Artist and animator Manas Kumar Sahoo of Odisha’s Puri district has created a sand animation film for “Pran Pratistha” ceremony at Ram temple in Ayodhya.
The sand animation film of 5 minute and 34 second duration depicts the entire process of construction of the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. It starts with the Bhumi Pujan ceremony performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 5th, 2020 and continues with different phases till the consecration function.
After the construction of the temple, the celebration across the country, Kalasa Yatra procession and the celebration on the occasion of return of Lord Ram to Ayodhya temple have been created with a handful of sand by the artist.
It took Sahoo about 20 hours to create the entire sand animation film. The artist has himself given a narration on the construction of the temple in the video.
He said the dream of all Indians for over 500 years to see Lord Ram installed in a temple is going to be fulfilled during “Pran Pratistha” ceremony on January 22.
The construction of the temple is in full swing. All the artists and engineers are working day and night to build the magnificent temple.
