Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik released the special Rath Yatra issue of Utkal Prasanga and Odisha Review on Monday.
The books were released with the blowing of conch.
The state Information and Public Relations Department publishes these two monthly journals. The Utkal Prasanga is published in Odia, whereas, Odisha Review in English.
