New Delhi: Urfi Javed and the likes of her, who love the limelight may come and go but the original queen of it all, Rakhi Sawant, stays on forever. Never one to lose an opportunity of making an event out of everything, even her personal life, Rakhi was recently spotted all dolled up in a red bridal lehenga as she celebrated her divorce with her estranged husband, Adil Khan. In a viral video shared by the paparazzi account, the Internet sensation was seen in a jubilant mood as she called it a ‘break up party’ to celebrate her split with Adil.
Rakhi Sawant’s secret nikah with Adil Khan became the talk of the town ever since she announced it with pictures. After the wedding, Rakhi even changed her name to Fatima. Just a few weeks after announcing that she was married to him, the actress had filed an FIR against Adil for alleged domestic violence and for mishandling her funds. She also accused him of cheating on her, following which, Adil was arrested in February.
Now, in a new video, Rakhi was seen dancing to the dhol beats as she looked super happy. The actress informed shutterbugs about her divorce proceedings and said, ‘Finally mera divorce ho raha hai, or ye break up party hai meri. Log sad hotey hain lekin min khush hongi.’ Further in the video, Rakhi was seen dancing to the drum beats with her dupatta on her head and enjoying the moment.
