Mumbai: Ranbir Kapoor wants to be the best dad in the world, and he is open to parenting tips that will help him become one.
Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy on Instagram last month, sharing a picture from her sonography session with Ranbir, with whom she tied the knot in April after dating for five years.

Ranbir recently appeared on the show ‘Ravivaar with Star Parivaar’ where he took parenting tips from Rupali Ganguly of popular soap opera ‘Anupamaa’ fame.
In a video shared on social media, Ranbir is heard saying, “Duniya ke best pita banne ke liye aap mujhe kuch madad denge, meri help karenge ki mein kya kar sakta hun (To become the world’s best dad, can you give me a few tips)?”
Rupali teaches Ranbir how to hold a baby with a prop doll.
“Ale le meri beti (My dear daughter),” Ranbir says as he holds the doll in his arms.
He also learns how to change baby’s diapers and how to feed them.

Ranbir revealed in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar India that he and Alia wanted to have kids from the moment they fell in love.
“Alia and I have been talking about having kids from the first day we met and fell in love. I’ve always wanted children. And she wants children. To start a new chapter in life… I am extremely excited about that, I can’t wait,” Ranbir said.
