Mumbai: Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan stepped out of their home for the first time since the actor was discharged from Lilavati Hospital.
An intruder entered the Bollywood couple’s Bandra residence in the early hours of January 16 and stabbed Saif multiple times when the latter confronted the attacker. Emergency surgeries were performed on the actor, who was discharged from the hospital after five days, on January 21.
On Sunday, Saif and Kareena were spotted by the paparazzi as they headed out amid tight security.
In a video shared on Instagram, Saif is seen coming out of his building Satguru Sharan, wearing a navy blue T-shirt, jeans and sunglasses. Surrounded by cops, he boarded his car and left in a convoy of security personnel.
In a separate video, Kareena, dressed in a sweatshirt and joggers, is seen entering the building, while Saif follows closely behind her.

The horrifying attack resulted a spine injury, and leakage of spinal fluid. The actor, who is on the road to recovery, has been advised a week’s rest.
The accused, Bangladeshi national Shariful, entered India illegally. He revealed during police interrogation that he attempted burglary at Saif’s home to pay someone who had promised to create fake citizenship documents for him.
However, there are quite a few unanswered questions in the case with some politicians and doubters wondering whether Saif was actually attacked or if he was acting.
