New Delhi: Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul’s wedding will probably be the first Bollywood wedding of the year. The cricketer and the movie star are all set to tie the knot later this month. Though neither of the two families has confirmed it, IndiaToday.in had earlier exclusively learned that the wedding ceremonies will take place between January 21 and 23. Now, a video shared by the pap account showed KL Rahul’s house in Pali Hill, Bandra being decked up with hanging lights as the two families begin with the preparations. With just days left for the special moment.
However, some paparazzi, like Viral Bhayani, are claiming that this is Suniel Shetty’s building and that the prep is for another wedding. The security guards have apparently claimed that the building is being decked up for a wedding in the family that lives on the 13th floor, while Suniel Shetty resides on the 9th floor.
The couple will tie the knot at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala, which is also currently being decorated. The guest list is ready and both families are equally excited about the wedding. However, both Athiya and KL Rahul’s families are tight-lipped about the details, India Today reported.
The couple met in 2019 through common friends and are said to have hit it off immediately, becoming friends. Athiya did make their relationship Instagram-official, but neither of the two has gone on record accepting their relationship.
