Mumbai: Sushmita Sen is not only a versatile actress, but a brave lady as well.
A little over two months after suffering a heart attack and undergoing angioplasty, the 47-year-old artiste is back to the sets and preparing for Season 3 of her popular OTT web series ‘Aarya’.

Sushmita took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her Kalaripayattu training session.
Kalaripayattu is a form of martial arts which entails sparring with sticks or weapons like sword.
In the video, Sushmita is seen in a black outfit as she practises sword fighting with her trainer in an intense session.
“You are amazing Sir #Sunil @cvn_kalari Huge love & respect for you and the Art of #kalaripayattu. Here’s to us & the preparation for #aarya3,” Sushmita wrote alongside the video.

Sushmita also posted a picture of herself with arms crossed over her chest, captioning it: “I love the principles of #martialarts Subconsciously, I actually live by them!!! Aarya 3 is currently being filmed in Rajasthan.
The new season of the crime thriller series, created by Ram Madhvani, is scheduled to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar in June.
