Bhubaneswar: Amid the heavy downpour in Odisha capital, an SUV was allegedly set ablaze by anti-socials following a scuffle with the owner of the vehicle at Delta Square on Monday evening.
A local, S Sahu, told the media that the perpetrators snatched the mobile phone from a traffic constable while he was shooting the entire incident, the reason behind which is yet to be ascertained.
Sources further said that panic gripped the area after the petrol tank of the SUV exploded. The vehicle was reduced to ashes by the time the firefighters reached the spot, 20 minutes later.
Meanwhile, police have reached the spot and initiated a probe.
