Mumbai: Manoj Bajpayee-starrer ‘The Family Man’ season 2 web series has a release date. Looking at the popularity of Season 1 of the web show, the excitement for it is at its peak.
The actor has shared a poster from the show, in which we can see a surprise package, which is clearly a bomb. The release is scheduled in February 2021.
“Bahot hua intezaar. Aapke liye new year ka tohfa laaye hai. Zara dhyaan se kholna. #TheFamilyManOnPrime,” shared Manoj alongside the poster.
South actor Samantha Akkineni, who will be making her debut in digital space with the Raj and DK directorial venture, is set to add an extra dimension to the story, as per reports in India Today.
Talking about her web debut during the shooting, Samantha said, “With the digital space booming, I knew I had to be a part of this revolution. What better way to make my digital debut, than with one of India’s most loved series, The Family Man. I have loved Raj & DK’s work and given the global reach and standing of Amazon Prime Video, I couldn’t have asked for better partners.”
About her role, Samantha said “The role I play for the show is diametrically different from anything I have done before. It will certainly surprise and delight my fans.”
