Whether your goal is to participate in next beauty pageant or just to feel fit, shedding the extra fat is the simple solution. Experts suggest striking a balance between work-out and food can yield good results, but the key to good health is patience.
“Everyone’s body is unique, so the weight gain and loss would differ from person to person. Usually, it takes around 3 to 4 months of regular workout to lose 15 to 20 kg. Along with it, one need to take care of diet”, says Lucky, Fitness Trainer at Kings Platinum Gym, Bhubaneswar.
“Normally our food is a combination of Carbohydrate, protein and fat. Increase in protein and lessening rice will help in losing body weight,” he added.
Though the work-out plan varies according to body type, the session usually consists of 20 minutes cardio, 15 minute weight exercise and 15 minute of regular exercise. On the diet front, addition of eggs, chicken, dal, vegetables, salad and milk can aid weight reduction.
“For those, whose focus is flat belly should take light dinner by 8 pm and a glass of milk before going to bed”, the trainer says.
