Bhubaneswar: Facebook and Facebook-owned apps such as WhatsApp and Instagram are reportedly down for some users around the world since Wednesday evening. The company has acknowledged the same and said that “the issue is not related to a DDoS attack.”
It is reported that some users in Brazil, India, Paraguay, Bangladesh, Argentina and more countries are not able to send messages on Messenger, posting on Facebook feed, sending images on WhatsApp and accessing Instagram. Instagram is reportedly most affected with posts not loading, stories not showing, direct messages are down and post button was reportedly not responding for some.
We at OdishaBytes also faced issues while sending images on WhatsApp and posting updates on Facebook.
